This Privacy Policy outlines our guidelines for the information T‑MAPY collects when you interact with T‑MAPY, such as when you visit our Websites – www.tmapy.cz and mft.tmapy.cz (collectively "Websites"), when you use our smart phone applications (all our apps collectively "the Apps"), when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you contact our Customer Support.
The Websites and the Apps are not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may not download or use the Apps.

T‑MAPY may also provide, distribute or disclose Your Personal Information to third parties where T‑MAPY reasonably believes that it is required to do so to conform to legal requirements, to protect and defend the rights or property of T‑MAPY, to enforce this Privacy Policy or to protect the interests of its users or customers. T‑MAPY may also be forced to disclose your Personal Information for the purposes of national security or other issues of public importance.
Your Personal Information and Anonymous Information are stored by T‑MAPY in its central database. This central database is used by T‑MAPY on a "need to know" basis in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
T‑MAPY may distribute your Personal Information within its affiliate companies, including those based outside the United States, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We may also use Personal Information to resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems or to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Terms of Use.
